Felony possession charged after early morning arrest at Chaca's Ice House
On May 21 1995 at 1236 am Floresville officers responded to Chacas Ice House on Highway 97 East where three suspects were found. Martin Munoz Cervantez was charged with felony possession of a usable amount of a controlled substance after a baggie believed to contain cocaine was found. a 1983 Oldsmobile and over $2400 in cash were seized. Bond set at 50000. Henry L Castro Jr jailed for public intoxication with 200 bond. Arthur J Castro held for resisting arrest and public intoxication with bonds 800 and 200.
