Floresville High School conducts commencement exercises at 8 p m in the high school auditorium for 34 graduates. Dr Felix H Ullrich of Trinity University San Antonio will speak. Valedictorian Billie Joe Campbell and salutatorian Sam T Curtis lead the class in the program including processional invocation song address and diploma presentations.

Antonio Rivas Rodriguez alias Antonio Garcia, 18, arrested in Edna Texas May 16 by Sheriff Paul Ermler and Edna officers. Rainfall Report From Wilson County Weathered Weekend Totals
Rain fell across Wilson County last weekend with varying amounts. Floresville recorded about 0.40 inches, areas west of town saw light rain, while Bath community and Three Oaks reported around 2 inches.
