USDA Honor Award Winner L. J. Cappleman Named State Director
L. J. Cappleman Texas State Director of the Farmers Home Administration received the USDA Honor Award from Secretary Orville Freeman in ceremonies on the Washington Monument Grounds May 18. Cappleman, in office 12 years, has 30 years with USDA and resides at 2015 West Adams Avenue Temple Texas. He was cited for leadership and farm management program efforts to raise Texas farm families living standards.
