The deal includes the feed grinder, black eyed pea curing plant, two warehouses, scales, and lots. Donahohe plans a black eyed pea curing plant and adds his brother John V Donahoe to operate jointly, expanding work in watermelons, black eyed peas, peanuts, grain and other produce.
