Wilson County Tuberculosis Association Elects Officers
The Wilson County Tuberculosis Association held its annual meeting on April 26 at Wrightsville and the county was well represented. Out of town speakers addressed the gathering. M. M. Hughes, president, presided until the new president was elected. A narrative report of activities was given by Mrs. Charles Daniel, the executive secretary. The financial statement was read by Miss Marie Vela, showing expenditures for the year ending March 31, 1956 of 1252.86 with cash on hand totaling 2151.00.
