On Tuesday night the Floresville Lutheran Brotherhood hosted the San Antonio Federation of Lutheran Brotherhoods for an 8 PM barbecued chicken supper at the White House Cafe. Over a hundred Lutherans from San Antonio and several towns attended. speakers urged support for church building, a house of worship on donated ground, and a camp on the Comal River. The meeting praised Floresville’s attendance, and the next gathering is set for July 30 at Immanuel's Church, Seguin.
