The annual Wilson county Interscholastic League Meet held at Stockdale directed by Supt. S. B. Holleman drew a large crowd with strong competition across all divisions. Floresville High won Class A all round with 102 points, LaVernia topped Class B with 62 points, and Floresville also led Rural School division with 87 points. The United States Department of Agriculture produced it with CCC workers, synchronized by Paramount Studios, and a noted commentator provides context.
