Funeral Last Friday For William T Day
William T Day aged 68 died in San Antonio on Wednesday March 1 after several days illness. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. from Martinez-Ortiz Funeral Home chapel in San Antonio with interment at City Cemetery. Rev. John M Bell conducted the rites. Day lived in Flores Site years and ran a small dairy west of town sold months ago before moving to San Antonio. Survivors include his widow Eva Day, one son Forrest Day and one brother McK Day. Family extends condolences.

Joseph Edward Gardner aged 67 a retired Santa Fe conductor and Mason died in a Temple hospital after a brief illness. native of Missouri he lived in Temple 43 years married to Mabel Gibbs in 1897 he belonged to several masons eastern star and other orders and served as high priest in the chapter and commander in Vashti. Survived by wife three children a brother and two half brothers. Funeral plans announced with sympathy offered.
