Cows on honor roll boost butterfat average for February
Bexar County Dairy Herd Improvement Association records show 133 cows on the February honor roll with an average over 30 pounds of butterfat. J F Riley led with 32.0 pounds per cow. Alta Vista Dairy and others followed. Irwin Stoker’s cow topped fat at 58.4 pounds and 1,167.4 pounds milk.
