Lieutenant Phlemon T. Wright, navigator aboard a B 17, is reported missing in action over Germany on February 11. He had recently arrived overseas from Texas A and I College Kingsville and taught in Wilson and Karnes counties before joining the service. The Wright family in Floresville Texas received a telegram from the War Department stating the missing status and promising further information as it becomes available.
