Lt Col Thomas O Richardson, son of Mr and Mrs T M Richardson of Floresville Texas, is shown receiving the Army Commendation Medal at Fort Sam Houston in May 1949. He served with the 2nd Civil Affairs Detachment Fort Clayton Canal Zone 1964 to 1966 and is an instructor at the Medical Field Service School.
