District 4-H Show Results at Beeville June 30 1978
Five Wilson County 4-H Horse Club members competed at the District 14 4-H Horse Show in Beeville. Sherrell Parsons placed second in Polo Bending and qualified for the State Show in San Antonio July 26-29. Parsons also ran in Reining and Barrel Racing. Lisa Zarontz placed eighth in a halter class for Registered Mares five years and over, eleventh in Polo Bending, and competed in Barrel Racing. Lee Hartmann placed ninth in a halter class for Registered Mares under five, and joined Western events in Western Pleasure. Lori Zaientz competed in Halter Showmanship Western Pleasure and Western Horsemanship.
