One Incident Marred 25th Aardvark Rally in Floresville
A single mishap marred the 25th annual Aardvark Motorcycle Rally at Floresville City Park. Renato Garcia of Pleasanton suffered head and facial injuries, a broken right leg, and arm lacerations after a sunset crash on Texas 97 near Bailey. Garcia reported consuming alcohol before the ride.

Safe Zone For Fire Works In Wilson County
Wilson County designates a safety zone for fireworks at Eagle Creek Fire Department. From FM 775 head east about four miles to reach the site. Fireworks allowed 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the Fourth of July.
