Wilson County Livestock Show draws big crowds and top steers
The 1985 Wilson County Livestock Show held January 24 to 26 enjoyed pleasant weather and strong attendance. Grand Champion Steer sold for 3.90 per pound to Dora McKenedy, with two sisters Lenette and Lyndra Kolodziej claiming top honors. New features included a Rabbit Breeding Demonstration and a Baked Foods Auction that spotlighted 4-H and FFA youths.

Beginning ECAA Course Offered for Bagw Personnel
Beginning February 7 at 6 30 pm an Emergency Care Attendant course will be offered to all starting bagw personnel at Stockdale EMS siding. A second session on February 12 at 6 30 pm combines CA EMT MS. Courses run Tuesday and Thursday evenings for three hours, ending April 30. No charge for those nineteen and older. Training Officer.
