Seven Sisters will reopen at Business Loop 181 North and Fourth Street Floresville under new management after Pablo's Mexican Cafe closed in 1983. Joan Cunningham and sister Dorothy Mutz will run it with their husbands Ira Cunningham and Fabian Mutz. The family plans homestyle meals seven days a week including barbecue and desserts.

The Floresville City Council opened the year with a Jan 8 session approving a contract with Wilson County Appraisal District paying 9074.54 in quarterly installments.
