The baby is Sandra Karnei daughter of Herman and Mrs Karnei of McCoy community southeast of Floresville. She weighs 9 pounds 5 ounces and mother and baby are doing fine. Gifts for the baby may be sent to the hospital with delivery arranged if needed.
