Six Stills Seized On LaVernia Farm Near San Antonio
Prohibition agents flushed six stills on a LaVernia area farm southeast of San Antonio. About 145 gallons of whisky were seized and 60 barrels of mash totaling 8 2000 gallons were found. Large stills with 150, 100, and 35 gallon daily capacities were in operation. One man was arrested, another under investigation. A second Wilson county raid seized 165 gallons of liquor and 8 900 gallons of mash, one man arrested.

Valley Citrus Crop Put At 5,333 Cars
