John James Lubianski of Poth died December 18 1967 in Memorial Hospital after a long illness at age 61. Funeral services were held December 20 at Winyard Funeral Home Chapel in Floresville with Rev. Kenneth Joens and Rev. Kermit Reno officiating. Burial followed in Floresville at Gillett Cemetery under Braha Lodge auspices. Survived by wife Irene Ellison Stobbs and two grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Requiem Mass was held for Frank John Kreitz of Elmendorf at St Anthony Catholic Church in Elmendorf on December 23, 1967.
