The car was recovered near San Antonio in a pasture on Wednesday stripped of wheels tires radiator and part of the motor. A kit of valuable tools was also taken. No arrests have been made.

Auto wreck injures Karnes City man on slick highway

Texas Comptroller George H. Sheppard launches an enforcement drive against boundary county dealers who haul tax free motor fuel into Texas from Oklahoma Louisiana and New Mexico and sell it without due taxes.
