Washington December 11 The USDA seeks public comment on two 1985 peanut program provisions including loan rates for quota and non quota peanuts and the minimum CCC export price for 1985 crop additional peanuts. National average loan level for 1985 crop additional peanuts to be announced by February 15. Public input due January 25 1985.
