The Floresville Parent-Teacher Association saluted the 1946 Tiger football team led by Coach Leissner Path with a banquet at the Methodist church basement attended by 60 guests. Christmas Pageant At Methodist Church

Claude L Hill Buried After Victoria Death Obit
Claude L Hill, 54, died suddenly of a heart attack at his Victoria Texas home on December 13 1945. Funeral services were held at St Luke Loire and burial at St Luke Cemetery with six nephews as pallbearers. Survivors include his widow Cornelia A Hill and children Cornelia A Ormand Mary D Marshall and Leona V Hill plus son Conpenel Ray Hill. The family had lived in Wilson and Beeville areas with service for the U S Government Bureau of Predatory Animal Control since 1937.
