Bobcats advance to playoff after forfeit in San Antonio
The FASA Bobcats, 12-13, advance to a round robin playoff with four other teams after the opposing team failed to show in Randolph. The event at Ft. Sam or Randolph is scheduled January 12–13, with the top finisher moving to the State playoffs in Austin on January 19–20. Coached by Wayne Knight and George Mints, sponsored by Wright's Cafe.

Tigers Tie State Playoff Run Amid Weather, Wind, And Late Loss
The FASA Tigers Soccer Team traveled to Georgetown to compete in the Western District State Playoffs representing the San Antonio Youth Soccer Organization. They faced NEYSO No. 2 Eagles, then Austin Express, and finally Austin Raiders. Despite a hard fought 1-1 draw, a 2-0 loss to Express ended their hopes, as wind, slopes, and weather conditions shaped the games and late efforts.
