District Court Closes Fall Term Here Saturday
The fall term of Wilson County District Court will close here Saturday after a busy session. On Wednesday the jury commission appointed by District Judge Murray to select jurors for the spring term. The commission consisted of Jim McDaniel near Path Be Le Eschenburg Floresville and Ww. Eo Gorham Stockdale. Last week Luis Gloria was charged with burglary of the store dots Wm. Echel and Co. Poth and sentenced to five years in the penitentiary by special judge Judge W. Ww. McCrory San Antonio in place of disqualified Judge Murray. McCrory returned Tuesday and passed sentence. Several minor uncontested cases were disposed of this week but no jury cases were tried.

The home of Wm. Woolsey in north Floresville was completely destroyed by fire yesterday afternoon. Neighbors saved a few household effects but otherwise it was a total loss. The blaze was caused by a wood stove in one room and there was a small amount of insurance.
