Amador Medina Killed in Highway 97 Accident
Amador B. Medina, 24, of Nuevo Laredo Mexico, was killed on Highway 97 four miles north of Floresville at about 3:00 p.m. Wednesday while working as a laborer for a road construction crew. He reportedly fell between two gravel trucks and died soon after. An inquest by Justice of the Peace SG Youngblood returned an accidental death verdict. Burial is at Sacred Heart Cemetery after services at Sacred Heart Church. He leaves a wife and two sons and had been in the county about six months.
