Statewide results show Cureton likely as attorney general by about 20,000 and Terrell re-elected as comptroller by a similar margin. Floresville saw a large deal as Wm Eckel bought 770 acres near Tobin ranch for 36800, exchanging $24000 in Poth properties. Eckel to keep his mercantile business.
