Lighted athletic field planned for Floresville site

City Council Accepts WPA Sewer Project

Roemer Dies in Texas Farm Accident
Harry Roemer prominent Labatt farmer and stockman died after a pastoral accident Sunday afternoon. His son Oscar found him unconscious next to an old stump and rushed him to the family home then to a hospital in San Antonio where six broken ribs including a pierced lung proved fatal.
