Hon. Dan Moody Texas attorney general and leading figure in the July Democratic primary for governor will address a San Antonio gathering on Alamo Plaza tonight at 8. The speech precedes the second primary with Gov. Miriam A. Ferguson, decision coming Saturday August 28. Wilson county friends and Floresville supporters plan to attend. John Boyle will preside and Mayor John W. Tobin will introduce Moody. The talk will be broadcast on Station WOAL.

First electric gin plant lights Wilson County operations

Seventy five Floresville professionals met at the White House Cafe for a third banquet aimed at forming a Chamber of Commerce. The vote adopted the proposed constitution and by laws unanimously.
