Mrs. E A Moseley aged 68 years 2 months and 26 days died at her daughter J F Henson’s Floresville home on Monday August 12 1918 at 635 pm after a lengthy illness. She was well known in this and the Fairview area and funeral services were held at the Henson residence at 230 pm before burial at Rock Church.
Floresville Royal Arch Masons Chapter No 160 reports initiation of a new class this week with work begun last Friday as part of ongoing chapter duties. The brief note highlights continued activity within the organization.
Up to press time yesterday the three Floresville gins had turned out 1303 bales. Seed brought 54 dollars per unit, square bale cotton sold as high as 31 and 14, round bale at 32 and a quarter.
