The Misses Lacy hosted a pleasant social evening at their parents home on Wednesday honoring Misses Lallah Fay Archibald and Sue Archibald of Saspamco. Guests enjoyed punch, orchestra music, and games including progressive banco and 42 before a salad course.
The notice explains that bondholders may pay all balances during any installment period. Ten percent was due at application and on July 15, 1919, with $40.47 per $50 bond and $80.95 per $100 bond. Deliv ery occurs about ten days after payment. Remaining installments dated August 12, September 9, October 7, and November 11 require twenty percent on each date. The Federal Reserve Bank requests no interest be paid during installments unless paying off the bond in full.

The Marcelena Baptist Church hosts a revival starting tonight with Rev. Eugene Donaho of Linton preaching. Everyone is invited to attend the services and join in the spiritual gathering led by the notable local preacher.
Records show one public weigher in Wilson County, W. F. Carvajal of Floresville, under a Texas law adding weighers in each justice precinct. The act requires bonds and pending appointments by the County Commissioners, with details available by inquiry.
A group of Florence girls spent a day at Mrs. Hiram Griffiths home with Celia. Sunday School begins at 9:50 a.m. for all ages. Morning and evening sermons at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. A special solo by Val Allbritten at the evening service. The Lord's Supper will be offered at both services. Pastor Jas. W. Allbritten invites all to worship.
Rev Lewis Freyberg will preach in English at Dees school house 3700 pm with Ms Lord's Day setting. Luther League meeting announced for the week from Tuesday the eighteenth at the home of Luedecke and Sac burg.
On August 2 1919 at the Brockman home 310 Wilkins Ave San Antonio Texas at 9 p m Miss Lou Hester wed John B Qualey in a small ceremony attended by a few friends and relatives. The couple will live in San Antonio while he remains in government work Mrs Hester is the daughter of Mr and Mrs J J Hester longtime Wilson County residents near Floresville and well known in the community.
The Floresville Cemetery Association will meet this Friday at 4 o clock in the home of Mrs. John Mc Daniel Sr the association president inviting every member to attend.
The Herman Sons will host a dance at their hall in Poth on Saturday night, August 28. Teltschik's Orchestra of Floresville will provide the music. Herman Sons and friends are invited. Dry Goods, Notions.
