The Floresville city water tower near the Professional Building glows with three 1000 watt flood lights each night. Fire Destroys Building and Contents on F Street
Last week Thursday fire crews battled a blaze on F Street that destroyed the former Talley Feed and Supply building along with baled hay a butane tank and shelving. The site next to the railroad tracks was a total loss and the fire origin remains under investigation. In Wilson County Stockdale road bond election failed by about 20 votes, 224 for and 142 against, missing a two thirds majority.
