Oscar Cochran, arrested in Phoenix, is brought to Wilson County jail on two counts. A hitchhiker he picked up led to the arrest, as authorities traced the stolen car across the state line. Cochran waived extradition and was returned to face charges. Sheriff Roberts arrived in Floresville Wednesday night with Cochran. Eardley remains in a local hospital in serious condition.
