Hospital anniversary marks 10 years at Memorial Floresville
A Memorial Hospital open house in Floresville on Sunday August 2 1970 celebrated the hospitals 10th anniversary with local and out of town visitors. The program featured an invocation welcome remarks by Mayor Wilbert Teltschik administrator Sister Laverne awards for decade and five year staff service and certificates of appreciation across departments. Visitors toured new hospital additions including four semi private patient rooms and a new nurses station while refreshments were served by Candy Stripers.
