Pioneer Citizen and Texas Ranger H. E. Conn Dies
H. E. Conn, 79, a Wilson county pioneer and old time Texas Ranger, died at his daughter’s home near Floresville on Tuesday evening after months of illness. Funeral services were held at Stockdale Methodist church with pastors J. R. Kidwell and J. T. Howard, followed by Masons burial in Stockdale cemetery. Survived by three sons, seven daughters, numerous grandchildren and relatives. An obituary will follow.
