Police pursue three local theft cases in Floresville
Floresville Police report two arrests and ongoing probes into three thefts from the past 10 days. A 26 year old Floresville resident, Billy Lionheart, recovered a stolen lawn mower April 4 after police obtained a warrant with help from information on a buyer. A nail gun was also recovered and two cases referred to the sheriff. A purse stolen April 2 at HEB led to a 16 year old's arrest two days later for using a stolen credit card to buy a Nintendo DS and games at Floresville Wal Mart. Surveillance video aided identification as the suspect appeared at Wal Mart again April 9.

Artist builds story room on courthouse lawn
