Twin Falls Canal Company will divert its entire irrigation supply totaling 1600 second feet for three days to relieve the Northside Project. Domestic use only will flow through canals during the period. The board approved the three day run after testimony from North Side committee members and other local officials describing severe water shortages and dry cisterns. Water cut for stock use at Milner on Thursday September 4 at 6 p.m. will resume at the same time on Sunday September 7.

PIG SHOW AT TWIN FALLS COUNTY FAIR NEXT WEEK

In Independent district No 4 Mrs H B Hammerquist Ernest Dexter John H Blass and Jesse Hainline won in a field of seven women. A O Macland and John M Penny were defeated. total 250 votes in grade school race. Dexter and Blass will serve three years. Hamline elected for two years and Hammerquist for one year. Rural high school district chose Eimer Amao and Guy H Shearer for three-year terms. EA Boom elected for one year. Other members listed.

Ram sale returns with strong Rambouillet bids at Salt Lake
Col. BE C Walter reports the National Ram sale in Salt Lake marked by high Rambouillet prices. Robert Blastork offered top at 450 dollars for Hampshire sheep while Charles Clark sold 26 Ramboullots averaging about 60 dollars. The peak Rambouillet brought 575 dollars.
