Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce started returning by mail about 375 subscriptions tied to a 500 fund raised four years ago by residents of Twin Falls and Southern Idaho and Nevada. Swimming Pool Project Proves a Local Success
A recently opened northeast town swimming pool is attracting daily crowds of adults and children. A fund of 99500 has been raised by generous donors to fund two dressing rooms, a diving board, and expanded facilities, marking a historic first for the town. State employee takes own life in Buhl hotel room
Deputy state veterinarian Dr M J Sisley, 20, shot himself in a rooming house after leaving a note to his wife. The bullet pierced the skull, and he died on the operating table at Pallet hospital. His wife, unaware of the motive, was reported shaken while townspeople learned little else about his past.

Seed company opens new plant at Richfield
Wilfred Oleon, manager of the Filer Seed company, returned from Whichfield after overseeing a permanent warehouse and growing station setup at Richfield. The local concern bought the Kolse Payette Lumber yard there and is converting buildings for seed crop care in the Richfield district. The firm plans acres in rotation this year and notes the area is ideal for peas. Several workers including Gilson, Vatwn, Beholten, Fixher, Manyon, and Ted fiche assisted.

Addition Being Built on Keeney Bean Warehouse
Construction by N B Keeney and Boy Inc on a 50 by 24 foot three story addition to the Keeney bean warehouse on the town’s northwest trackage. A 50 by 24 foot cellar is being excavated by Ed Brenner. The present warehouse measures 48 by 75 feet. The new addition will house cleaning and recleaning machinery and is expected to be ready for use this season.
