Remains of Ed Miller Brought to Fulda
The body of Ed Miller 37, a former Louisville streetcar motorman, was brought to Fulda Indiana and buried in the Catholic Cemetery after dying in an accident on the Louisville line. His death occurred under unclear circumstances as the car continued and the conductor found him missing. He left a wife and three children, his parents, two brothers, and four sisters.

Explosion at Detroit Pressed Steel injures thirty
An acetylene gas tank exploded at the Detroit Pressed Steel Company yards in Detroit Michigan on August 28 wounding thirty workers eight seriously. Four buildings were wrecked and windows in nearby homes were shattered as the tank released shortly after the day shift reported for work. Eight injured were hospitalized and the rest treated at the plant first aid station.
