State Teachers' Association Meeting Set in Indianapolis
The State Teachers Association will meet in Indianapolis October 19 to 21. County Superintendent tickets cost 1.00 each and include a railroad coupon for a 1.3 fare round trip. Postal Employes Enjoy Farm Picnic Near Ferdinand
A gathering of about 18 cars and 75 postal workers and families spent a Sunday at John Laake's farm near Ferdinand. A grove, tasty feed, and various entertainments including vaudeville stunts and a baseball game filled the day, ending around 5:30 PM. Otto H. Kreutzberger and Karl Dreisch of Evansville spoke during a touring campaign for 1922 democracy, with Dreisch noting a blocked schoolhouse audience in Maxville and posters that called Kreutzberger Adoph Kruzberger.
