Doings in Circuit Court in Jasper Indiana

The October term reports numerous cases including Clamor Nordhoff and Joe Nordhoff fined for selling liquor on Sunday, with changes of venue in murder cases against Oliver Bledsoe and Rocoa Rhodes, several guilty pleas, paroless, and transfers to Vanderburgh and Pike circuits. Orders include trial by court, demurrers, and costs. The Grand Jury returned two new indictments, reaching 94 total. Martha L. Waller wins divorce from Daniel W. Waller after a trial by court.
