Joseph Kasper Gehlhausen died last Monday morning at age 76 years 5 months and 8 days. Born November 21 1830 in Brakel Germany he came to the United States with his father and lived in Pittsburgh Louisville Ferdinand and St Henry where he resided most of his life. He married Margareth Klee in 1859 and had seven sons and two daughters four of whom survive John and Gust in this city Joseph and Mary Hartlein of Armstrong and Mrs. Mary Hartlein. He lived in St Henry since 1868.
