Kathryn Hare travels from California to aid her perilous father Col. in danger. Amid confusion she and Bruce escape and return, as secrets unfold aboard a perilous voyage at sea.
Ahmed and Lal Singh guard the Colonel while Umballa pressures treachery and torture. The colonel refuses to sign, knowing it would seal his fate, as Umballa plots with soldiers, leopards and a hidden treasure. Kathryn and Bruce survive danger and join Ramabai to plot. Winnie arrives in Calcutta, unaware of Umballa’s trap.
In Umballa’s scheme a masked wedding proceeds as Kathlyn and Kathryn confront peril. Ramabai’s ceremony crowns a real queen while Umballa eyeing the treasury plans flight with Mustafa and Bruce aiding Pundita as Ahmed Lal Singh prepare escape through the north gate amid freed leopards.
