Since August 1, 1920 Indiana let contracts and sold bonds for new and expanded school buildings. Towns spent 665 500 dollars, cities 5 945 907.18, counties 5 131 076.40, statewide total 11 745 483.58. Dubois county saw no expenditure. Farmers Federation helped drive the building era per State Public Instruction bulletin.
