Wellnown Aged Lady Passes at 76 in Ferdinand

Mrs. Herman Lueken nee Laeke died at 76 years, 2 months, and 1 day at her daughter’s home. Born in Cincinnati, she moved to Ferdinand at eight, married Herman Lueken, and saw a golden anniversary six years ago. Surviving are children Frank Schnellville, Gerhard Schipp Huntingburg, Leo Dale, Joe Schipp, Frank Schipp, Joe Schipp, Joe Ruffarth Ferdinand, and brother John Laake. Interment was at St. Ferdinand cemetery after a requiem Mass.
