Ben A Knust prominent local businessman died at his home Friday morning after a two day illness. Born in Ferdinand he ran a St Henry saloon then worked for Ferdinand Brewing Co before returning to business. He leaving a widow and four children. Interment was at St Ferdinand cemetery.
