Indianapolis Jan 28 Dr Alfred Henry president of the Indiana Society for the Prevention of Tuberculosis says the Red Cross Seal campaign in Indiana went over the top. Officials estimate the 1916 sale exceeded by about 33 percent though not all counties reported. Pennants will be awarded at the Indiana Tuberculosis Workers conference in Evansville Feb 1 and 2 for cities and towns with the largest per capita sales.
