Bond issue for Kerstein road refused by state board

Mrs Ed Mullen an aged Adgeville resident died Sunday at 6 30 a m from a cerebral hemorrhage after receiving last rites. Funeral services were at St Meinrad Church with a requiem mass at 8 30 a m and burial in Adgeville beside relatives. She leaves her husband and children L B Mullen Co Supt of Cannelton Mrs W S Miles Bristow Mrs W C Wheeler William Mullen Ferdinand and Mrs Charles Metzger Ferdinand. She was 61 years eight months old.
