Mrs Schumacher Dies After Evensville Death At 78

Mrs Susan Schumacher former Ferdinand resident died at her Evansville home Tuesday night at 8 15 p m aged 78. She leaves five daughters Rosa Kinkel Nora Mehling Mary Maggie and a son Daly all of Evansville. Funeral at Evansville after eight o clock service at St Benedicts church with burial in St Joseph cemetery. A Jasper citizen reports a man and a Ferdinand woman seen near the court house seeking the clerk's office. Karl says he still has marriage license blanks. A dance is set for Tuesday night August 15 at Sennigers hall with the Spencer County Jazz Quartet providing music.
