Rattlesnakes Sighted Near Casper Huelsmann Farm In Indiana
Residents report big rattlers in Siberia neighborhood near Theodore Bayer farm last week. Bayer’s daughter killed a fourteen rattle snake with a pitch fork and an axe after it threatened the cat and rooster. Civil War Veteran Leonard Gunter Dies at 77
Leonard Gunter of Siberia died at home last Saturday after a short illness at age 77 years 6 months and 24 days. Born in Germany he served in the cavalry during the Civil War and leaves a wife and nine children. Remains were taken to Brettville for burial Monday at 10 a.m. Also listed are members of the War Savings Club of Indiana by township and town.
