Becker Given Death Sentence Again in July

Big Suit Against L A Palmer Fails
The Chancery Court case Lin ton vs L A Palmer Mrs I A Palme ex and Lewis Palmer ended yesterday with a judgment in favor of the defendants. The court found all fraud and wrongful appropriation charges unsupported by evidence. The attached property of Mrs Palmer was quashed with costs taxed to the plaintiff.
