Woman's League to Meet Saturday at Courthouse
The American Woman's League chapter will hold a meeting this Saturday June 7 at 4 o'clock at the courthouse with Nat Urday Ponkeet as chair of the Kid Committee. A large attendance is expected as the election of officers will be discussed in light of the June wheat crop report highlighting one of the largest crops in the United States. Funeral services for the late A A Brosve will be held at 7 o'clock tomorrow at Metodiat Church conducted by Rev Marion Nelson Waldrip, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery under Pat Che Burne Camp U C. Overtrain arrived this morning from Eureka Springs for a short visit to her husband nearby.
